Executive coaching is a powerful intervention process that provides leaders with a confidential and personalized approach to address their unique challenges and concerns. Our collaborative consulting process provides a data-driven behavioral approach to improve problem solving, interpersonal skills, corporate etiquette and conflict resolution for supervisors, managers and executives at all levels.

Coaching can be delivered via a combination of group interventions with an intact leadership team, or through one-on-one sessions in a fully confidential consulting relationship. Just like a sports coach, the executive coach’s role is to help augment the client’s existing skills, resources, and creativity in order to:

  • enhance leadership effectiveness
  • overcome conflict, resource constraints and time management obstacles
  • manage through change

Career Development

We partner with HR and Training & Development specialists to identify training needs, create curriculum paths, and train managers in how to provide developmental feedback to employees.

One-on-one career counseling is available to help employees seeking career advancement to develop critical competencies, make informed career decisions and better integrate their lives and careers.

Communication Skills

We help employees become more aware of their personal communication patterns and identify the communication styles of others, in order to:

  • create a climate of open communication which is needed to gain cooperation and commitment
  • encourage candid and constructive exchange of information at all levels of the organization
  • foster collaborative working relationships and effective teams

Performance Management Feedback and Action Planning
